I am unsure how to address the Netlify build error. While building locally, I received the following messages. when I run npm start the local server works correctly.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Well I don't know what happened to your yarn.lock you added initially but updating it with yarn install seems to have solved the problem. Quick, let's merge while it's still green!
