Add 'events' field in versions.json #316

This will be used to notify users of particular events happening around the project, such as user surveys, for https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/6290.

I have added a sample event to demonstrate the intended format and help test the integration in OpenRefine, but I'll remove it once that integration is merged.
