#358 update homepage and event notification in OpenRefine #361

To test the event notification in OpenRefine edit the line 160 of main/webapp/modules/core/scripts/index.js from 

            $.getJSON("https://openrefine.org/versions.json",

to

             $.getJSON("https://deploy-preview-361--openrefine-website.netlify.app/versions.json",

Results of my local test, since I am in unfamiliar territory, I would prefer if this is double checked by a developer. image
