Memory leak in dotnet process #19

dotnet process that is probably associated with the service registry seem to have a memory leak resulting in the docker and origin-node services to be restarted at regular intervals. This leak needs to be fixed.

Should be fixed, monit shows no more rapidly raising memory on any nodes.
