Can not connect an EV3 over cable to the Lab using the Open Roberta Chrome App

Describe the bug

• If you enter the token for an EV3 in the Lab, which was created in the Open Roberta Chrome App, the Labs states, that the internet connection to the robot is not present, or the robot is shut down. Both possibilities are not true.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Google Chrome and start the Open Roberta Chrome App
2. Connect an EV3 to the computer and generate a Token using the Open Roberta Chrome App
3. Go to the Lab, select the correct EV3 version and enter the token to connect the roboter
4. See error

Expected behavior

• The robot should be paired with the Open Roberta Lab

We just tested the Open Roberta Chrome App on the Chromebooks. Upon testing the setup with multiple Cromebooks, cables and EV3s, we found out, that the Open Roberta Chrome App does not even find the EV3s. This is indicated by the "connect" button being greyed out. Waiting for longer periods of time did not "fix" the issue.
