tacho motor #80

Hi,

Is there a way to make the ev3 tacho motors work with roberta ? (see https://ev3dev-lang.readthedocs.io/projects/python-ev3dev/en/stable/motors.html#tacho-motor-motor)

It's working now after apt update, upgrade
