Please modify the URL you are using to the URL provided by github. Most probably you may also want to update the version to 1.29.0.

I want to install OpenVPN, but the command can't be installed now

When it used to work? Interesting. What is "brew" something of apple? does it build all dependencies and not use binaries?

@kevinliubin the respective brew formula got updated the same day as the issue(s) were opened here.
