Change DNS of open-scap.org and www.open-scap.org to point to the new site #109

CNAME record pointing to www-rhopenscap.rhcloud.com.

It's easier to redirect the "naked" domain to the www. subdomain so I think we should go that route. All the redirects will be permanent redirects so we capture all the SEO goodness...
