Add OpenSUSE / SLE instructions for OpenSCAP Workbench #214

I'd love to add to the Workbench page the instructions to install for OpenSUSE and SUSE Linux Enterprise https://www.open-scap.org/tools/scap-workbench/

The instructions are: zypper install scap-workbench

Logos can be obtained from websites. I can help with that.
