Add the 'opensipsctl dispatcher addgw' equivalent command #20

It seems unsupported. If it don't support, is there a plan to support? Futher, Does opensips-cli support all the features supported by opensipsctl? Of course, it takes time.

There are some plans to support these commands, but I cannot say for sure when the work will start, since there is ongoing work to finalize the 3.0-compatible Control Panel, which will allow you to provision everything. With regards to reaching feature parity with opensipsctl, wrapping up TODOs such as #19 and #21 seems just as important to me.

Actually the original plan (when the opensips-cli was introduced) was to get rid of the DB provisioning part , as there is high overlapping with the OpenSIPS Control Panel. The decision was to support only basic stuff like adding a subscriber (in terms of DB ops). For more complex DB provisioning, CP is a better (and already existing) tool

@liviuchircu @bogdan-iancu , Thank you for your effort. In fact, I also like to use opensips cp, but it is not very compatible with opensips 3.x. Looking forward to your great work about the compatibility.Once again, Thanks.

@tangshiixang , we are working to get in 1-2 weeks a 3.0 compatible version of CP ;)
