The uac_registrant module does not have trace registered logs to the homer.

Describe the solution you'd like

Is it a reasonable solution to add the trace_on parameter in registrant.c to control it, and add the corresponding reporting logic (similar to tracer/tracer.c trace_w function) to the homer?
