Switched to Github Actions #40

Switched from apveyor/travis to github actions. Also added the bext.group_data() function which concatenates multiple data objects into 1 multi-spot experiment. Finally, multiple files in a list can be given to loader.photon_hdf5() and a multi-spot data object will be created
