WIP: I can't set to draft PR. Please do not merge yet.

Changes:

[x] Added UI components
[x] Field mapping (commcare - OpenSPP fields) configuration
[ ] Support One2many, Many2many, and Many2one fields in mapping
[ ] Provide a way to get the field mapping reference from commcare
[x] Add extendable function for mapping field values
[ ] Fix all TODOs in the code
