A walk-through of the regular training routine, and a bonding session afterwards. What to bring: Sports shoes, sports attire, a water bottle, and yourself! Session details

The session will take place on 28th and 30th September 2021, from 8 pm to 10 pm. The session will be on a first come first serve basis, for the first 40 participants each day.

Hi @sutdfootball congratulations on being the first to submit the Github issues!!

Could we check if you need any funding from DiscoverSUTD? I see that there are some refreshments to be catered in the logistical details, we would need a breakdown of the cost as well so that we can help you get approval for funding.

Additionally, will this be on a first come first serve basis in terms of turning up, or in terms of who signs up first on the Microsoft forms? If it's the latter, would probably be good to specify in the forms that participants shouldn't bail or at least inform you beforehand if they back out so that you can ensure they are committed after registration.

Hi @jolow99 thank you! The breakdown of the cost of the refreshments is as such:

• 100 cans of 100 plus ($55)
• 100 pieces of sunshine cream bread ($100)(might be cheaper since we are buying in bulk!)
• 10 kg of ice ($10)
• cooler box to store ice (~$25)

As for the signing up, it will be in terms of who signs up via the Microsoft forms first. We will add in that if participants are unable to make it, they are to inform us beforehand so that others get a chance to come for the intro session.

Your budget request for $190, has been allocated $108 which was calculated based on a capped refreshment claim of $1.35/pax.
