@Sorahawk , thanks for submitting the event proposal! Could I request that you write a short justification for the amount of money for the session? i.e why is $50 needed for balloons?

As well as a budget breakdown of what the amount is used for i.e how many balloons and where are you guys going to get it?

A reference would be
Energy club:

The reason being that It might be a bit difficult for us to help you request for $100 ++ as the average request for funding from other fifth rows are in the range of $50.

Thanks!

@ExtremelySunnyYK thank you for the budget reference, we have shrunk our previous budget and done up an estimated breakdown. Hopefully this is more feasible.

yongkangc commented 2 years ago

Thank you for the full budget breakdown!

Do note that claims are done via concur with valid receipts required, so giving a clearer breakdown definetely helps to facilitate a smoother process for budget approval. Cheers!

Sorahawk commented 2 years ago

Hi @ExtremelySunnyYK, understood on the claims part. Wanted to check if there's anything else needed on our end because I just saw the 'More information needed' label is still active here? Thanks!

yongkangc commented 2 years ago

@Sorahawk Thank you. No additional information is needed.

Hi @Sorahawk ,

May I clarify that the 30 pax includes the number of facilitators too? If so, would it be possible to estimate the number of facilitators?

Would be great if you could let me know by today.

Thank you xx

Sorahawk commented 2 years ago

Hi @castlemas, I can estimate that we will have around one group of 5 facilitators, the other 25 can be participants.

Thank you!

Hi @Sorahawk your budget of $77 has been approved, so your team can proceed to get your stuff! More details on the claim process will be shared.
