Hi there, after submitting to the student admin, they had the following questions:
Do you guys need us to book the venue?
If so, please help to get the names of the students who will be accessing this venue on the request dates as I have to submit their names to facilities to grant them access.
Hi Yong Kang, initially our plan was to book the venue ourselves through OSL as we were not sure whether you could help us do so for SRC venues, but if OSA is able to, yes, please help us to do so if it is not too much trouble. Thank you!
Also, just to check, by when would we need to submit participants' names? Would 3 working days ahead of each session/the first session be alright?

Sure we will help you with the booking of Music Room 1. Could you provide me with at most 2 Facilitators names that we could use for the card access to Music Room 1?

Session details Location: Music Room 1 Dates: (1) Session 1: 14 September (Week 1 Tuesday) (2) Session 2: 16 September (Week 1 Thursday) (3) Session 3: 21 September (Week 2 Tuesday) (4) Session 4: 23 September (Week 2 Thursday) Timing: 7.30 - 9.30 pm Number of participants per session (max): 3 non-percussionists + 3 percussionists + 2 exco (non-percussionists) members + 1 conductor (as instructor)
Programme for each session:
Note that Wind Ensemble faces tailored safe distancing guidelines due to its use of wind instruments, and may have to change participant numbers dynamically in response to safe distancing guideline developments by OSL/the COVID-19 situation in Singapore. (We currently expect that at most 5 people can play instruments unmasked)
