Session Name Introductory session to SUTD Tennis

Abstract We welcome players of all calibers, from brand new beginners to highly-experienced players. Come join us for a fun session to either learn the sport or have some competitive gameplay. No prior experience is needed, we welcome everyone!

Session intent (what to expect) Participants will learn the basics of sports, which include:

Session details No. of participants: 12-16 per session including facilitators Venue: Tennis courts of Grandeur Park Residences (15min away by public transport) Dates:

Small introduction games/chat to introduce EXCO and learn more about the new-comers. For the more experienced, competitive players, we are planning to have have a mini-tournament, either singles/doubles (depending on turnout) for players to play with each other and have some competitive fun. Each match will be played in a super tie-break form (10 points, may be changed depending on how many players). For less experienced players who want to learn, we will have introductory lessons to teach them basics and foundations of playing tennis.

To note: If budget is approved, funding will be allocated based on number of expected attendees. More details will be shared with approval status

Noted that you will be expecting 12-16 participants including facilitators. Would it be possible to estimate the number of facilitators?

Hi @shaunneo , Your event has been approved by the school admin.

However, Your budget request for $93.12, has been allocated $43.20 which was calculated based on a capped refreshment claim of $1.35/pax.
