Abstract

An introductory workshop for freshmores to try out karate and to increase awareness and equip participants with basic knowledge and basic moves of karate.

Session intent (what to expect)

• Participants will learn karate culture and history, master basic punches, kicks, and blocks.
• No prerequisites.
• Participants will learn Nanahon, a set of movements based on basic actions in Karate

8 pax per time, at Dance Studio 6/7/both, 2 hours per session.

We plan to host the session on the 2nd week of school right now if got no other issues. And the facilitator is not counted under the headcount.
