Hi SparkOn! Thanks for submitting your proposal.

Just a few questions,

  1. For "Bingo Game(a physical activity) for freshies to participate in during DiscoverSUTD period and win attractive prizes" How would SparkOn! ensure safe distancing measures when distributing the stickers and prizes?

  2. "There is no need for a specific venue for the physical components" Does that mean SparkOn! requires a venue and that any venue is fine?

  3. I'm a little concerned over the budget listed as $1000 is quite a lot. Do note that this proposal will eventually require approval from our OSL. Could I trouble the team to break it down further (eg $100 for 20 plates of chicken rice, $285 for -insert number of small stickers-)

Could we use the DiscoverSUTD logo in the stickers we are making for our event Thanks for taking the time to create the stickers and bringing this up!

Unfortunately, we believe it's best for both SparkOn! and DiscoverSUTD to not use the DiscoverSUTD logo. By using our logo, it means that both SparkOn! and DiscoverSUTD will have to collaborate and agree with each other on the above events that will be conducted. This means a lot of planning, work, and people involved for both of us. This would definitely be something that my team would improve on when discussing projects in the future.

Hello

  1. Will get back to you soon

  2. We will only be setting up a booth for the redemption of prizes/stickers, either at campus center L2 or outside albert hong

  3. Edited on the initial post

Regarding the SMM plan for the sticker/prize booth, we will be putting tape on the ground to mark out the distance people should stand at, and have some manpower to keep people from crowding around in the queue There will be hand sanitizer at the table, and the handling of the stickers/prizes will mostly be done by us manning the booth
