Session intent (what to expect)
Participants will take away Improvisational skills and better control of expression. Furthermore, they may also come to have a greater appreciation for theater. However, that being said the main focus is a place to get to know new people with similar interest and join the SUTD Drama family.
No formal training is required. all that is required is willingness to participate and we will guide every individual no matter their comfort level in acting.
People who are not interested in acting but interested in other aspect such as writing, stage design, costuming, lights, sounds etc. are still highly encouraged to come to join and meet the Drama Club.
Session details
Let us know the number of participants you can handle and where you intend to hold it.. If you have any constraints on the timing or any other matters, do specify as well (We are only able to help with booking of common rooms such as Thinktanks, no guarantee that these rooms will be available too, do indicate if you would like us to book for you! )
We expect 5-10 ppl per workshop. We understand many fifthrows will be holding various recruitment sessions thus we intend to hold the session on three dates.

Speakers/Workshop facilitators
Share with us the background of your facilitators to provide some context for your participants.
Neha - Has previous experience with acting and a dabbled in directing. Will help aspiring actors with enabling their self expression and projection.
Joshua - has been stage manager for various theater events and other performing art events. He is able to give a view on simple sound and light design and begun to dabble in directing here at SUTD.

Logistical details / Budget Needed
Logistics will be covered by ourselves, namely the drama blocks and various other props
