Hey @rebekah1711, we've just gotten an update on your proposal. Unfortunately, we won't be able to support your event on 17 and 24 Sep, as we have been given an advisory from the school admin to avoid events after Friday 6pm.

What this means is that we would also be unable to advertise the events on 17/24 on our website as well, but we can show the 22 Sep one. I would recommend that your team either consider other dates, or consider continue hosting your events independent of DSUTD.

We can still help you get budget for your 22 Sep event. However do note that if budget is approved, funding will be allocated based on number of expected attendees. More details will be shared with approval status.

Please kindly let us know your decision on the dates by tomorrow, 24 Aug 6pm. Otherwise, we will assume that your event on 17 Sep and 24 Sep will not be counted as part of DSUTD. Thanks for understanding!

Hi @jolow99, thanks for the update. We will go on with our original plan of holding our trial sessions on 17, 22 and 24th. So the 17th and 24th ones will be independent of DSUTD but the 22nd one will be part of DSUTD. Thanks!

Dear @rebekah1711 your event on 22 Sep has been approved by the school admin.

Additionally, your budget request of $170 has been allocated $54 capped at refreshment claims of $1.35/pax and due to 4 or your proposed sessions being out of the DSUTD calendar.

Wishing you a smooth and successful event!

Hi @jolow99, just wanted to check if we should submit our updated trial dates since our trial sessions had to be postponed? We are changing our dates to 1, 6 and 8 October at the same timings and venue, but I understand that only the 6 October session can be counted under DSUTD. We will be booking directly with OSL for 1 and 8 October, but could I confirm if our 6 October trial will be booked under DSUTD? We have also changed our sign up form to this link: https://forms.office.com/r/Lv4cVedHQE . Do let me know if you need any other information, thanks!
