Abstract Participants are introduced to the club and what we do!

Event Format Physical

Session intent (what to expect) Participants will get to know more about MVMC and what we do as an art club. An interest in drawing, no matter your experience, is the only prerequisite you need!

Session details Date: Friday, 1st October (Originally 24th September) Time: 3:00pm (Originally 4:30pm - 6:00pm) Venue: Discord server (Link will be sent to the telegram chat) (Originally TT18) Participants: - (Online)

Logistical details / Budget Needed Estimated costs: Plywood - 100 x 100 cm x 3mm - $20 @ 3mm Thickness • Normal Plywood - Plywood Online (Singapore) (plywood-online.com) Markers - $20 Fablab laser cutters needed to cut and engrave the club logo onto the plywood.

For the Fablab laser cutter, we are not sure whether we can book it on your behalf for your event - given the number of participants and dependence on the prevailing Fablab Safe Management Measures.

We will check to see what would be advisable for your club to do.

Hello, the laser cutter will be used to prepare for the event instead of during the event. We only need 2 guys to work on the laser cutter. This this possible? (and if possible, will you be booking on behalf of our event or do we book ourselves?)

Hello! For Fablab bookings, would be advisable for your side to do the booking yourselves, then your team can go ahead with your necessary preparations.

DiscoverSUTD can support with the Think Tank booking and your budget requirements!

May I clarify that the 30 participants includes the number of facilitators too? If so, would it be possible to estimate the number of facilitators?

Would be great if you could let me know by today.

Hi sorry for the late reply, yes it includes, and we are planning to have around estimated 5 facilitators.

Dear @keee99 Your event has been approved by the school admin.

The venue you have been allocated is TT18 on 24 Sep 4.30pm - 6pm. Do remember to update your registration form with the venue as well.

Additionally, your full budget request of $40 has been approved.
