On Screen Keyboard doesn't grab focus when UI is rendered with OpenGL #113

This may be a newly introduced issue with AndroidTV 11.0

When the UI is rendered with OpenGL, the soft keyboard either fails to render, or appears on top of the SageTV window without grabbing focus (remote presses affect the SageTV UI instead of the keyboard). This does not appear to be an issue when using the standard UI rendering mode.
