I have added the ability to configure Remote Control Keys, Game Pad and Touch. I have also added key repeats for Keyboard and Remote controls.

FYI: I've merged this locally, and I'm doing some testing. The code itself looks good, I just want to test it out on my setup before creating an official release. Nice work!
