Fix Volume Up/Volume Down not allowing system volume changes and F1 thru f12 not working #80

Allowed unmapped keys to allow system actions to occur. For instance if vol/up vol/down is set to none in the mappings it will fire the system volume event. This seems to be required for Android, not Android TV. I also added the ability for the f1-f12 to be sent to sage.
