Error connecting to server when using fixed Transcoding/Streaming #97

Repro script from NYPlayer:

  1. On your FireTV clear all the data and cache for the application
  2. Start the Client go to settings and click on Streaming mode FIXED
  3. Connect do not do anything else that will cause a crash

Most likely there is a call to one of the properties that does not have a default.
