User can be created by https://opensanghafoundation.org/newsite/register but can't be activated #16

Describe the bug

User can be created by https://opensanghafoundation.org/newsite/register but the activation email doesn't contain any activation link.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://opensanghafoundation.org/newsite/register
  2. Go the mailbox of resisted email

Additional context Even I change the user status to 0 by modify the users table, I can access my own profile page.

now new users are automatically have status of active subscriber
