Use UM's default account page

Describe the bug

The current account page actually displays a profile page.

The default account page has been restored after taking the following steps on https://opensanghafoundation.org/newsite/wp-admin/post.php?post=6182&action=edit,

1. Replace the old shortcode

   [ultimatemember form_id="8924"]
   [delete_account_form]

   with [ultimatemember_account]

2. Hide comments from the account page,
   1. Changed the page theme to "Blank Page"
   2. Unchecked "Allow Comments"

An side effect of using "Blank Page" to hide the comments is the footer is gone. I notice this issue of displaying comments on the account page is brought the maxcoach theme because I don't notice this issue with the default site theme.

The issue can be reproduced as follows,

1. Create a page with the content [ultimatemember_account]
2. Point one comment to this page by update wp_comments set comment_post_ID=26 where comment_id=2;

Update After trashing all the comments via "Comments" on Account" (accessible by Pages -> Comments), nothing related to comments has been shown.
