Mobile: PDF Library Layout is Broken #32

Describe the bug PDFs do not show up properly listed on mobile. PDFs get cut off and only some of the PDFs are shown when in portrait mode.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to PDF Library on mobile
  2. Hold the phone in portrait and in landscape.
  3. See formatting/layout issue

Expected behavior All PDFs display correctly

fixed by putting the pagination from the video page code so on
