Use UM's User Photos extention to manage user photos or pictures of meditation center

The current User-Photo-Gallery – Open Sangha Foundation page is very basic and I've found some bugs as in #39. Since UM's User Photos extension is already off-the-shelf, it's a waste of efforts to implement it by ourselves. Besides, there will be conflicts if we keep improving User-Photo-Gallery – Open Sangha Foundation page

Use UM's User Photos extension to show user photos or pictures of meditation center.

I've followed User Photos setup - Ultimate Member to enable this extension for Administrator to test and evaluate. If you look for an example, please visit my profile page.

Note the below part as is implemented by ourselves and doesn't come from the User Photos extension ,

CoibyThe UM photo plugin has now been added to the subscribers. it seems to work so the shortcode for photos on the user profile page has been removed and also the user photo gallery is no longer needed, only one bug remails. the users can all add thier own photos but the administrators can not add and delete any users photo can you fix it so that administrators can add and remove any subscriber's photos
