Describe the bug [ultimatemember form_id="6800"] - Default Registration for Student is not working properly. For one, we don't know how people are accessing this page. Why is the site pointing them to 6800 instead of [ultimatemember form_id="9067"]? The past dozen+ users have been using 6800 and the profile's end up not working properly; they can't access their profile page for example- it leads to a mostly blank page.

we have 17 people all in a row starting sept 13 user 5961 to 5977 and not one of them has a profile page, all of them filled out 6800 not the correct 9067 on the registration page, I have emailed all of them but they can not fix the data errors on their profile page becuase it has no information. go to users and the last 16 users are all affected this way. now a new user sock Screenshot (102) puppet H has been added user->Id 5978 using correct registration page so all be have now to do is get these 16 people user meta changed so their profile works.

This may be the case that a spammer knows that UM form 6800 is a default form and my try to break into the system this was and it may be good to make this one a private draft form.

@nowmichaelclark I don't know the history behind the 6800 form and can't find any clue by checking recent activities. All I know is it was created last year and was used by https://opensanghafoundation.org/newsite/?elementor_library=registration-for-student.

@OSFOSF How do you know users 5961 to 5977 were using the 6800 register form?

Do I understand it correctly that you suspect that a spammer tried to break into the system? If you find something suspicious, we should reach out to these 5961 to 5977 users to find out how they registered.
