The game sends an error and does not let you unlock Tarnished Isaac in the treasure room after the explosion

• [X] I either downloaded the mod by subscribing on the Steam Workshop, or I am using the official Gamebanana mirror
• [X] I have checked that I am running the latest version of Epiphany
• [X] I am playing on v1.7.9b of The Binding of Isaac: Repentance
• [X] I have tried installing either the 'Mod Error Container' mod or Repentogon before filing this issue

What Happened?

When I blew up the center of the first treasure room while ascending as Tainted Isaac (what the game tells you to do to unlock Tarnished Isaac), the game sent an error message and nothing else happened. I do not know what is supposed to happen after the explosion, but I am sure that it is not nothing.

All it took for me to make this problem happen is explode the center of the first treasure room while ascending as Tainted Isaac

I think you misunderstood the unlock text, you need to bomb the treasure room item before going home.
