TR Eden Polaroid causes softlocks in certain rooms

Preamble

• [X] I either downloaded the mod by subscribing on the Steam Workshop, or I am using the official Gamebanana mirror
• [X] I am playing on v1.7.9b of The Binding of Isaac: Repentance
• [X] I have tried installing the Mod Error Container mod before filing this issue

What Happened?

Tarnished Eden's glitched polaroid causes certain rooms to be softlocks or otherwise force damage to the player.

Attached screenshot isn't unwinnable due to secret room and health, but still poses a problem.

Also noticed issues with rooms like the 'shoot the barrel to break rocks' rooms.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Picking up the Tainted Eden polaroid and entering a room that needs terrain to be interacted with to get to another door.

Additional Context

This also applies to certain rooms like a Depths room where enemies are behind destructible terrain (fireplaces, poop).

Closing this due to Wave 5's release; The codebase of Wave 4 is so different to Wave 5 that we can't be sure that any of these bugs still exist. If you encounter the bug again, please post a new report.
