[discord]: Create a new channel on the collaborator category that will republish messages to the social medias #67

In order to facilitate sharing messages into the social medias, it would be great to have a discord channel exclusive to republish a message to the social medias (facebook, linkedin, twitter).

this channel can be placed into the collaborators category, but it would need special role to accept a new message. we can call this channel collab-social-media-bot and the role should have the same name.

for now we will give access to this role manually

Done. What about the bot itself? do we have a bot that does that? You can open another issue to this. Ty.

It still needs testing tho, it was only tested with my personal accounts.

how can we move ti forward? is there anything missing from my side?
