Hyperlinkstest working #66

I would integrate the link tester in the master, as it is working. The badge will fail at the moment, but that is a good motivation to fix it, right?

@Protohedgehog maybe it is not so good to have the badge in the readme as it will be pushed to Eliademy ??

Feel free to delete it from the readme, but it isn't automatically integrated with Eliademy; that still gets done manually from the content files.
