Adding 3 new participant organizations #13

Addresses #12 (adding Retraction Watch) and part of #10 (adding ASAPbio as an organization but not yet the individual who requested to be added). Also adds Synapse for which there is no issue. :) I can make an issue if we need to refer to it.

As a general note, you don't have to accept the "assets" folder; I needed to get URLs for some of the logos so I committed them to my forked repo. :)
