add Russian language #231

Hello, there is more to do, than just translate the language file. One has als to translate the handlebar files, as they contain a lot of additional language. If you want to do that, I am glad to give you some more advise. Regards Richard

Hi @wldlzi just looking at this now. Can you elaborate on translating handlebar files? Is this something that needs to be done in this project or over there?

OK @wldlzi disregard. I found the handlebar templates. @bekreyev I'll merge your changes tonight, sorry this has sat on the shelf for so long. If you have the time, it would be great if you could take a look at the files in depth/src/js/templates and provide Russian translations for those as well.
