Update chunks translation. I habe insert again the "orikentation" Seamark Notice. It is important to turn the Seamark Notice to true course. I insert "layer" key to overlap icons with high priority to upper layer.

Please check the changes and say me your dismis argument or it's all ok.

I changed orientation to a text field as the value should be decimal number (0.0 - 359.9) I deleted the layer key as this has no meaning in the seamark layer. Rendering very close or overlapped seamarks is still an open issue for the renderer.
