fix links to open port guide website #109

The OpenPortGuide website has changed; this PR updates the links from the license info.

@aAXEe , I may have a few more PRs, let me know if you'd rather have me bundle them. Also, I see in https://github.com/aAXEe/server-alpha-docker that you have pinned an 2017 version of this code for alpha. Would it make sense to define a schedule for a bugfix release? Cheers, - Wolfgang

Keeping the PRs separate is fine.

To be honest I can not tell you (anymore) for that the pinned version in this project is used for. The docker image running on alpha that is serving the map automatically pulls the lastest master version from this repository during startup. Updating is as easy as restarting the relevant container. The changes from this PR are already deployed.
