This is a followup on #46 to split the ticket into its task.

Dabei enthalten die Einträge aber zusätzliche/falsche Zeichen: Â in Excel, " in note++.

Excel and Notepad++ are having problems with special chars like german umlauts in the generated CSV.

Excel does not recognize UTF-8 files properly, see e.g. here. Apparently the only way to fix this is to write either html as csv, or to write xls files with full XML syntax. When I open the files in Notepad++ here, they work just fine.
