[overview] Move information hiding to a steganography module #5

The information hiding part is interesting, but the main coverage of such material should be in a steganography module. It should only be related to here.

We should keep this, but add steganography to the crypto part (https://github.com/OpenSecEd/appliedcrypto/issues/29).
