heartrate value and O2 are updated in 2 places :

during accel_callback before sending the data to the phone
With heartrate_callback(), linked in Sensor.enableSensorEvents(method(:heartrate_callback));

I believe the second one is not needed and might create a continuous battery drain.

Explore if it could be removed without decreasing the data quality.
