Cleaned up notebook for pws-pyqc #59

Here, I am adding the updated code that I got from Jochen Seidel.

He moved all the functions that were defined in the notebook to a small Python module file so that users do not have to scroll down all the way to find the actual processing of the PWS data.

TODO in this PR:

[ ] fix missing pyqc. in front of some function when loading the data
[ ] fix index.ipynb (since I did the changes in the raw JSON file...)
[ ] calc_indic_corr_all_stns is using an undefined variable prob
