ios7 minor update #6

Updated the build target to ios7 and did some small things on the UI. I also stopped tracking config.json, and ask users to fill in their own defaults.

I'm not sure what's wrong with my README.md syntax. It doesn't seem to be adding line breaks. Maybe I'm doing something dumb there. Please feel free to point it out.

Is this pull request ok? I switched the base idk to ios7, because it's the build target for the MIT Mobile and I'm hoping to update the library to use some m7 features. Also, because I'm running ios7, and couldn't test on my device properly before :P
