Add support for --print-format

Since rome v0.13.0.33 the list command supports a --print-format switch to output results of listing either as Text or JSON.

This pull request:

• Adds support for --print-format switch when for list command.
• Adds missing checks for other commands

@blender current version is VERSION = "0.2.0" should next be 0.3.0 or 0.2.1?

@netbe there is no breaking change but some checks are a little more strict. I think 0.2.1 is enough.
