This fixes the two main issues I had when testing my other branches:

Duplicate SSIDs clogging up the WiFi view (I have a mesh network so I would see the same SSID like 3+ times)
~~Scans getting stuck with no attempts at recovery~~ (Fixed by another PR)

Note: I don't really know Svelte so I used ChatGPT-4 for it, but it seems to work. Feel free to tell me to change anything though.

And we have signal strength sorting! :D
