Music waveform visualisation sync problem #405

I tried the waveform visualiser today, and I think it works really well, but there is a problem. The video and audio are not in sync. With VLC I found that the image lags behind about 150-200ms. Here's the video I made, the delay is easiest noticable after 3:24

@Enfostorm - Does this issue occur in OpenShot v2.3.4?

Closing due to lack of activity and the issue seems fine in v2.4.
