Tracker Effect Causes OpenShot to Crash

Describe the bug: OpenShot will close/crash when you use the Tracker Effect on an .mp4 file when selecting BOOSTING for "Tracker type". This happens consistently. Additionally, sometimes this also happens if you choose CSRT or MIL. as well.

I've been using CSRT since it is the most stable and accurate tracker out of all the other options and it started causing OpenShot to crash intermittently.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start OpenShot
2. Import a .mp4 video and drag it to a track.
3. Drag the Tracker effect onto this clip.
4. Click on "Click to Select" option and select a region you wish to track.
5. Change the "Tracker type" to BOOSTING.
6. Click on "Process Effect".
7. After a few seconds OpenShot will close.

As I mentioned, this intermittently happens with CSRT and MIL "Tracker type" as well.

I was able to replicate this all the way back to bulid #8800.

Please let me know if you need additional information.

Expected behavior: OpenShot should complete processing the Tracker effect and apply it to the clip and NOT crash.

System Details:

• OpenShot Version: v2.6.1.-dev-daily-8946
• Operating System / Distro: Windows 10, 32GB RAM, NVMe Hard drive, GeForce RTX 2060 w/6GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 7 3700x.
