Fix formatting in README.md #5

Adds missing italic formatting for "From OpenStreetMap".

(Sidenote: I would also seperate ie. "barrier=kerb, kerb=raised" into "barrier=kerb, kerb=raised" to indicate they're individual k=v pairs, or alternatively use a code block of two lines. But this up to how you call the field in the schema possibly.)

Also @danieldegroot2: good point on separating the tags into separate lines, I'll add it to our proposal list. Of course, we'd also be happy to accept a PR from you that does this! I'm thinking something like this might be nice:
