Relates to #50.

Current method of sending keys doesn't work at all R3E.

CrewChief reimplements SendInput but adding some time between press and release.
PyACCEngineer uses pydirectinput that doesn't use DirectInput but SendInput... and without pauses!
SharpDX.DirectInput is unmaintained as of 29 Mar 2019.
Not sure if DirectN supports DirectInput.
Not sure if Silk.NET can do what I need.
